Sales Policies

1. Once we receive you order and we confirm the ticket availability of your order you, your order then is immediately processed. Your credit card is usually not charged until we verify that your tickets are available. There are NO refunds or cancellations.

2. All prices are listed per ticket and are in US Dollars.

3. There are no refunds for events that get rescheduled, or for shipping and delivery charges.

4. If you place your order Monday – Friday during normal business hours, your tickets will be confirmed by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order. If you purchase tickets on Saturday or Sunday, your tickets will be confirmed on Monday. The confirmation is to let you know that the tickets are available, that your credit card has been successfully billed, and to let you know when to except delivery of the tickets.

5. If the tickets are in stock and ready to ship to you, and you place your order Monday-Friday before 2pm Eastern: If you select Fed Ex 2-business day shipping ($10), you will receive your tickets within 2 business days. If you select Fed Ex Standard overnight delivery ($15), you will receive your tickets the next business day by 5pm if you placed your order by 2pm the previous business day. If you select Fed Ex Priority next morning delivery ($20), you will receive your tickets the next business day by 12 noon. If you select Fed Ex Saturday Priority delivery ($25), you will have your tickets delivered the following Saturday by 12 noon.

6. We will prosecute fraudulent credit card transactions.

7. All tickets are sold at a markup over face value, and the prices listed include our cost for obtaining the tickets.
